Bahrain thrashed Haiti 6-1 in a friendly match at the Bahrain National Stadium last night.
Bahrain opened the scoring early through Ali Madan in the fourth minute, and Mohammed Al Rumaihi doubled the lead from a penalty kick in the 12th minute.
The kingdom’s brilliance continued, as Mohammed Marhoon netted in the third goal in the 22nd minute before Ahmed Boughamar made it 4-0 in the 24th minute.
The national squad led 5-0 in the first half after Ali Madan scored the fifth goal in the 27th minute.
Haiti bounced back in the second half to score their first goal through Fakios in the 54th minute.
However, Ali Haram sealed Bahrain’s win with the sixth goal.
Bahrain will take on Jordan in the second friendly match on Tuesday at 7pm at the national stadium.
