Manama, Mar.30 (BNA):Bahrain have today lost to Jordan 1-2 in a friendly match played at the Bahrain National Stadium in Riffa.

The two teams are stepping preparations ahead of the 2021 FIFA Arab Cup & AFC Asian Cup 2023 Joint Qualifiers.

Baha Faisal and his teammate Yazin Al Nuaimat struck two goals for Jordan in the 31mn and 51 mn, while Mohammed Al Romaihi reduced the score in 77mn from a penalty kick.

Led by Portugese coach Helo Souza, the national squad defeated Syria 3-1 in a friendly match which was played as part of the two-week March training camp.
