France Clinches 3-0 Victory Over Thailand in Friendly

France’s women’s national team powered to a convincing 3-0 win over Thailand in a friendly match at Stade de la Source in Orléans. Despite a goalless first half, France’s persistence and attacking quality eventually wore down Thailand, securing a dominant win.

The match remained scoreless through the first 60 minutes, with both teams creating limited chances. However, it was France’s veteran midfielder Élodie Bussaglia who broke the deadlock in the 60th minute with a powerful finish from outside the box, giving France a well-deserved 1-0 lead.

As Thailand struggled to respond, France continued to press, and Kadidiatou Diani doubled the lead in the 78th minute. Diani’s clinical strike after a swift counter-attack left Thailand’s goalkeeper with little chance. With Thailand unable to regain composure, Diani sealed the victory with her second goal of the match just eight minutes later, completing the 3-0 win in the 86th minute.

Throughout the match, France showed impressive control, dictating possession and maintaining defensive solidity. Despite Thailand’s efforts, they were unable to break down France’s organized defense, and the match ended with a comprehensive 3-0 scoreline in favor of the French.

The win was an important confidence booster for France as they prepare for more challenging fixtures ahead, while Thailand will take valuable lessons from the encounter as they continue their development.
